Assessing the Environment: Political, Economic, Legal, Technological
Assess political, economic, legal, and technological forces shaping management decisions.
Your home base for managing people, decisions, and organizations across borders.
How do you lead a team when its members approach communication, authority, and decisions differently? How do you turn an international strategy into an organization that can deliver it?
INT 315 builds on the international business foundations of INT 220. Here, we move into the work of the global manager: assessing the environment, communicating across cultures, implementing strategy, and leading people.
