Reflection Paper

Individual writing assignment · 2–3 pages

Objective: This final writing assignment is an opportunity for you to reflect on what you have learned throughout the course. You will assess how the knowledge and skills you have acquired can be applied to your future career in international business.

Instructions

  1. Reflect on Course Content

Key Concepts: Identify and discuss the most important concepts you learned in the course. You can discuss concepts or activities or conversations that were held during class. If you try to use AI to write a reflection paper, I will know. Will you please just talk to me and discuss the elements that just might stick with you? I am not looking for perfect grammar. I hope to avoid getting the same three concepts that AI lifelessly spits out. What mattered to you?

  2. Personal Growth

Skills Development: Consider the skills you have developed during the course, such as critical thinking, strategic analysis, teamwork, and presentation skills. How have these skills improved, and how will they benefit you in the future? Will you please be honest with me? If you feel that there was no gain or growth, then explain why!

  3. Future Application

Career Aspirations: Discuss how the knowledge and skills gained in this course align with your career goals. How do you plan to apply what you’ve learned to real-world scenarios in your future career?

Continuous Learning: Identify any areas of international business that you are particularly interested in exploring further. How do you plan to continue learning and developing in these areas?

  4. Write a 2–3 Page Reflection Paper

Format: Use APA format, including in-text citations where applicable and a reference page if you cite any course materials or external sources.

I am looking for sincere reflection. Page length is secondary.
