The launch brief

Venturea is launching a home energy-storage system. For this exercise, its U.S. offering uses an English-language app, a premium brand, a standard installation package, and a warranty backed by U.S. service arrangements. These are scenario assumptions, not facts supplied by the Four Lands analyses.

Make five connected product decisions. For each, cite a market fact and explain a tradeoff. Keep pricing, promotion, and entry-mode decisions outside this product-policy exercise.

Cultural dimensions describe broad patterns and business relationships. Treat them as clues to investigate, not proof of individual consumer preferences. Do not invent language, technical standards, or mandatory warranty terms.
