Step 1 • Review the evidence

Start with Venturea and the Four Lands

Review the Four Lands project, Venturea, the Country Comparison Tool, and the cultural/economic evidence. Your goal is not to find the country with the "best" scores. Your goal is to decide which cultural dimensions are most relevant to Venturea's ability to operate successfully in the market.

Framework rule: Hofstede scores are evidence for comparison—not a verdict and not a description of every person in the country.
Step 2 • Choose the market
Step 3 • Select any three Hofstede dimensions

For each dimension, enter the U.S. score and the selected market score. The page calculates the delta as selected market − U.S. Use the size and direction of that gap to focus your analysis.

Read the gap carefully: a large delta signals greater cultural distance on that dimension. It does not automatically make the market unattractive—it tells you where Venturea may need to adapt.
