Adaptation
Venturea should plan to adapt to a more individualistic workforce and clientelle as it is the largest delta compared to the United States.
Recommendation
Venturea should prioritize the Noverian market as it is the land with the most cultural similarity. This similarity could allow for Venturea to adapt efficiently without breaching cultural norms. Specifically similar indulgence indicating that the population of Noveria would be more willing to accept Ventureas offerings is an important note as it would allow for swift integration.

We can ask Nigeria for cheaper labor for an item they mass produce based on location. In return we can help there market(s) better profit.
Recommendation
Noveria is a low power country that although may not have a lot to offer, we can still mutually benefit in the market. We are looking for a comparitive advantage from Noveria where they can produce a specific good for less money.

This partnership could change their numbers to be evener by implementing procedures in the partnership that promote more collaboration at the lower levels.
Recommendation
We believe that this market should be prioritized because individualism is important in the workplace. Everyone values their own opinions. The US and Eryndor would work well because they both value this.
