You are a Venturea analyst. You will receive a less-familiar international market, work one-on-one with Culture Coach, choose which Venturea line to pitch, and build a culturally informed recommendation for how the company should enter.

New territory: modes of entry

You have not formally studied these options yet. That is intentional. Culture Coach will guide you toward the most advantageous mode for Venturea; this reference is here so the vocabulary does not get in the way of your reasoning.

Exporting — sell products made at home into the foreign market.
Licensing — allow another firm to use Venturea intellectual property for a fee.
Contract Manufacturing — have another firm manufacture on Venturea's behalf.
Management Contract — provide managerial or technical expertise for a fee.
Turnkey Project — design and deliver a completed facility or project to the client.
FDI — invest to own or actively control assets or operations in the host country.

Franchising is also shown on the reference. It is a legitimate entry mode, although it may be less naturally suited to Venturea's three product lines.
